At Incerra by Luxeartisanship, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade brass products. Each item undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are offered under the following circumstances:
- The product received is incorrect or not as ordered
- The product arrived damaged or broken
To be eligible, please email us at care@luxeartisanship.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the product and your order ID from the registered email address.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:
- Minor texture, finish, or colour differences due to the handmade nature of the products
- Delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances
- Change of mind or incorrect selection made by the customer
- Returns without original packaging, or items that are used or damaged after delivery
- Shipping charges (under all circumstances)
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive confirmation via email. The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through a bank transfer. Our team will contact you for the necessary details.
Replacement Option
In case of damaged or incorrect items, a free replacement may be issued instead of a refund. This will be processed once we receive the required photos of the issue.
Return Pickup (if applicable)
If a return pickup is necessary, we will coordinate with our delivery partner. Please ensure the product is properly packed in its original condition and box before handing it over.
