Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier partners who specialize in handling fragile and handcrafted items. The shipping method depends on the product type, destination, and availability. All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are dynamically calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight and size of the package
  • Selected delivery option (Standard or Express)

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 3–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 7–9 business days

Note: These timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, destination, and unforeseen logistical issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment through our website or the logistics partner’s tracking portal.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only deliver within India.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping is not yet available but will be launched soon.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order ID and clear photographs of the issue. We will investigate and offer either store credit or a replacement, depending on the situation.

Possible Delays

Although we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Logistics partner delays
  • Festive periods or public holidays
  • Remote delivery locations

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delays caused by external factors.
